** please note, the annual amount for Bottomlands Lease did not double in 2022. The higher amount is due to the timing & payment of the yearly invoices as they arrived. The HHA paid two invoices (2022 & 2023) during calendar 2022, which resulted in a “double payment” on the ledger.
